@metalwreck450 If it’s a small town then the police and SWAT probably aren’t even based there, so what has that got to do with how the dozer’s taken down? Also, if the SWAT doesn’t have the equipment, nearest military bases will have the equipment, and trained people to use it.
The Dozer is classed as a Tank, and they had suspicions of the guy being armed with a machine gun. Using the military could be advised in a situation like this.

Define free market. Because govenrment regulation of corporations is necessary to actually sustain a free market. Perfect laissez-faire ends with a monopoly/oligopoly and a completely locked market on top of a gigantic divide between poor and rich and all the social friction such a thing causes.

Sorry for being uninformed about the guns, but these guys said they believe there was no truth to that. And even if there were guns on the INSIDE of the armour, that thing’s not completely untouchable. I was only saying that you won’t need anything near as powerful as an Abrams or A-10 to intercept a slow moving armoured dozer.
